STS meets the client on-site to discuss residential renovation or building construction project needs and engagement model options that best suit them, including ‘estimate with schedule of rates’ or ‘fixed price with milestone payments.’ As experienced renovation builders, we tailor our approach to deliver the best outcome.

At the client’s request, STS provides a detailed estimate or fixed price for the project. For complete house builds or major residential renovations, a payment may be required to complete the estimate/quote. Once approved, the client engages our renovation builders to carry out the building construction works.

If required, the client completes the DA/Construction Certificate. STS arranges the HIA building contract and insurances as relevant. Site establishment for the building construction project then commences, including safety and environmental controls. Our experienced renovation builders apply the same standards across residential renovation and new build projects.

Once works are complete, a client inspection and handover occurs. Any final finishes or defects are agreed upon, and project communication and payments are finalised.
